.SH DESCRIPTION

The arc-runtime-manage tool allows to install Nordugrid ARC RTEs from local 
RTEs store that contains installed from packages RTEs to configured ARC RTEs directory.

RTEs store can provides parametrized RTEs and corresponding parsers to substitute
some values on install-time.
