During this two weeks we have fight consequences of power-cut we called March 25 Fuckup. The main issue is block-level corruption of SAN LUNs due to UPS depletion. We have discussed all issues found during the operations restoration and create corresponding tickets. We have also managed to review all backups we have during the meeting and fix missed or useless backups. The need of other particular backups has been discussed.
Thus we are all worked on March 25 Fuckup fixes, all development related tasks implementation was delayed and we moved forward the deadlines along with missed off-schedule discussion that we have no time to arrange.
The next meeting will be just before May holidays and we planned to track diplomas implementation again to provide final cause for students that can be implemented during this 10 days.

This meeting was dedicated to tracking student's bachelor work progress. Each student made a report and we have provided a feedback with recommendations about the work structure. For every work (except one that we have changed for Krasnolob because of no progress on previous one) we have defined the exact name in ukrainian.
We devoted all time to students, so we will try to arrange off-schedule meeting to track out own progress.

We had stated with review of planned and unplanned workload during the past 2 weeks, discussions on open tasks that still requires attention.
Than we focus on AliEn heavy load issues with FhGFS and general filesystem-related questions including quotas and user-oriented stuff. Mitigation ways are discussed and tickets are updated correspondingly. Due to the next milestone we should finish this part. The third part of the discussion is the student's coursework tasks formalization. We have brainstormed necessary info for user-oriented web that will go to corresponding tasks.

We are managed to walk through old opened Trac tickets and discuss the status and urgency. Several tickets are closed with summary outline. We have defined few top-priority directions:
- user oriented services: including web-site and mailing list, software builds and different fs easy access from home
- working progress: trac as an ultimate tasks tracking system for ParaLab and requires clear structure of milestones and Documentation organization
Review eats all time, so we have not managed to discuss student coursework tasks as planned.
